Great Title company to work with!!!
We were told that we were not in a HOA and was so happy about that because my husband did not want to be in one. We were putting up a fence and adding more driveway, here comes the HOA people telling us we could not do this without approval. The people was here to pour the concrete. I called and spoke with them and was told they would call me back and it has now been 3 months and no one has called back yet! My husband and I are very upset because we did not want to be in a HOA!
