As first time homebuyers, Tess Lawson and the Legacy Title team went above and beyond to walk us through closing on our first house. The office was very positive and inviting, as well as all of the staff. Going through all of the paperwork was a breeze, and Tess walked us through each document prior to signing. Tess even went the extra mile organizing documents to set our house up as a homestead property, which was great to have that done with on closing day. Cannot thank this team enough for all of their help!

After spending 2 years selling homes and working with various title companies, I have come to know Alanna Warren at Legacy to be one of the very best. She goes above and beyond to get problems solved and deals closed. She has walked me through some extremely complex issues with title, liens, issues with survivorship and last-minute funding problems, and gotten us to the closing table. Legacy Title handles many of the closings for my clients as a Real Estate Advisor. The front desk staff are always offering a warm welcome and refreshments, and Jenny along with her team members Bev and Lydia ensure the closing process is well explained and smoothly executed.
