We are closing this week with Legacy Title and they are charging $60 PER wire. In our case, they are charging for 4 wires; two of which are not wires but mailing a letter to our bank and sending a check to another. We weren't able to negotiate or mitigate these fees.
I just had a closing with Angie McLellan. She is very diligent and professional! I would recommend using Angie for all your real estate closings!
