We sold a property and the buyer used Legacy. True a portion of the issues could have come from the buyer and their agent. Everything was last minute or late. We received the closing statement the day before close and did not have time to address issues. The appraisal was done one week before close. Legacy had wire instructions for proceeds for over 2 weeks and only after close (and providing a fee amount) they told us they couldn't do the wire transfer.

We've used Legacy Title for the sale of our old home, purchase of our land and our construction loan. Each time, they have been wonderful to work with. The process has always been simple, they answer all your questions, they are extremely knowledgeable with each process, and timely. I would definitely recommend Lorrie and her staff.
