My husband and I started going to Legacy Therapeutics when my favourite massage therapist, Elma, joined this clinic. Elma is a miracle worker and she has magical hands. She genuinely loves her craft and she sincerely cares for her clients. It is always such a treat to have a massage session with her. I also love that the location of Legacy Therapeutics is accessible and their facilities are always clean!

Absolutely amazing massage! I left feeling completely relaxed. Olivier was very skilled, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I like the streching skill, help my muscle loosen up which is helping the person play sport like me. The pressure was perfect, and the space was clean and calming. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’ve been seeing Elma Bechamp at Legacy Therapeutics and cannot recommend her enough! She has a kind and caring energy towards her clients and gives a fantastic therapeutic massage with consistent firm pressure, finds my trouble spots without me having to tell her, and also combines other modalities like cupping, hot stones, and Thai-style movements and stretching.
