On time, effective, and friendly.
Drew Waters arrived on time. He explained what he would do and completed his assignment in a timely manner. I then explained my problem with mice and he helped by putting out a poison trap . I already have less mice on my deck! He explained everything he did! Would be glad to have his help again!
The young man was very professional. He explained what he was doing.
