BAIT & SWITCH - the salesman/project manager was fantastic during the quote and design process then when the actual work needed to be done, it fell off the rails. Key areas of concern: poor communication, 3x the timeline, very poor quality, lots of rework, a carousel of sub contractors that had no idea what the actual project was. I was looking for bids to install paver and retaining wall in backyard. I contacted Legacy Team construction and asked them if they provide free estimates for bid. The agent on the phone said yes free estimates are provided. Two guys Ethan and someone else showed up on time for the estimate. The first question they ask is "When do you want to do the project?"
