Made an appointment for 4 PM on Saturday, June 16th. We get there at around 3:45 and are told that they were booked up for the day. Like wow. What was the point in making an appointment? Very unprofessional. We made an appointment because, like most people who make appointments, that was the only day and time we could do it.
I will typically only deal with Steven because he knows what he's doing, has high quality equipment, and puts care, thought, and effort into anything that he does. I have done two tattoos with him so far and couldn't be happier. He's qualified, enjoyable, and takes pride in his work as well as can help you with any details that you are not sure about.
