When traveling home to Vancouver from Winnipeg, my jeep blew its Motor rendering it totalled, with my family and I stranded in Taber. With limited funds, (and overall small, limited+fixed income) we couldn't afford to pay for cab fare to lethbridge and get plane tickets home, car rental places don't except the only kind of credit card I have, and each night at the hotel was another 140 bucks we couldn't afford to spare. What can I say the Team at legacy dodge in Taber went above and beyond for our family to find us the perfect family truck for all our adventures. If you want to have an amazing sales man make sure to reach out to Olly his personality is amazing, very outstanding man!
Unfortunately with the management this place has I will not be buying from here. My husband and I went in and the sales manger helped us and you’d think that’s a good thing but NO! Nothing but lies and never called us like he said. My husband texted him MULTIPLE times. Nothing! After asking around we’re lucky we didn’t get ahold of him to buy from Legacy. Johnny seems to have a reputation of ripping people off. Please… do better!
Amazing customer service/sales team very nice very generous 10/10 would recommend (didnt catch the mans name but I think he was British/Australian definitely deserves a raise)
