The only reason you can not see it in your life
Luv it there
I have owned my home over 7 yrs in Legacy Subdivision. The area is nice and quiet. Young families mostly 30-50’s. The HOA is useless but in spite the grounds are well maintained. Subdivision is full of small lakes (big ponds) that the houses throughout in most areas surrounding the water. Houses are holding and increasing tremendously in value. Only one pool, that’s laziness on the builders part. The park is great for kids. The school is one of the best in state. Lots of hot moms too lol.
