So simple and an easy process. I was able to rent the unit late on a Sunday, contactless- and had the unit within 15 minutes. I had assistance when I struggled with the lock (user error on my end) and checkout was straight forward. I would recommend this company again in a heartbeat and will certainly use them when I need a storage unit again.

No idea what happened to this facility but they went to hell, can't understand the lady and they're extremely hard to get a hold of. Less than 15 days late on my payment, totally forgot due to a move, they locked my storage unit, stole my lock that I paid for, and now they're threatening to put the goddamn thing up for auction. Super pissed with these people, for the love of God do not use the storage facility if you work for a living or travel.

I would not recommend Legacy Storage to anyone. They have very poor communication and they did not resolve my issue. They simply said that they appreciate my feedback and will try to improve in the future without doing anything. I tried to explain my issue to them to no avail. After one month of attempted communication they did refund my money. I would change my rating to 4 stars.

Easy sign up and exit! Always accessible. We will use them again in the future if needed!
