I recently purchased a townhome in Nashville from Legacy South represented by Laura Sistrunk. Laura was always available, patient with my many questions/ requests and a great resource. All of her recommendations proved to be excellent and we are very happy with our purchase. Always a pleasure to recommend a hard working professional.
If there was an option to give a 0 star I would. Run as fast as you can away from these builders. Legacy South has been extremely difficult to work with since day one. They over promise and never deliver. We rushed our closing which was our own choice however we were promised we would not live in the chaos for more then a month and 5 months later things were still not finished. I’ve had a very pleasant experience with Legacy South and am truly impressed with the quality of my home and the finishes throughout. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I did have a small issue after moving in, and Ed was quick to respond and incredibly helpful in resolving it. That level of service really stood out. I absolutely love my new home and would highly recommend Legacy South to anyone looking for a quality builder.
HEY HOME BUYERS, REAL ESTATE AGENTS, & INVESTORS. THIS NEIGHBORHOOD IS NOT SECURE, REPEATED BREAK INS AND CONTINUED THREAT OF BREAK INS. NO SECURITY. NO CAMERAS. FENCE DOES NOT WORK. As of 10/8/2025. No corrective action has been taken. As of 3/4/2026. Minimal corrective action has occured.
As a first time homebuyer Legacy South made it soooo comforting to make the decision. They answered every question, gave insightful advice on going through all parts of a new build, lending, and getting to know everything about their vision for our community. Can not thank Laura enough for helping me find my home and for Kevin helping build it and make it custom to me.
