I purchased new construction on Edwin Street from Legacy South that has cost me thousands of dollars in repairs, the worst of which being a leak in my roof due to their faulty construction / pipe installation. I paid a roofing company to assess and repair the damage to address their shoddy construction which resulted in 3 unsuccessful visits - water still seeps through the roof / pipes into the drywall EVERY time it rains.
