Legacy Services **************** installed Pergo XP flooring in my basement, which has buckled. I believe it is buckling due to workers installing the flooring too tight. I have contacted Legacy Services Corp. numerous times to no avail. No one will even come look at the problem much less fix it. I expected them to stand behind their services.
