The lady that sits by the check in kiosks very useless imo. I schedule an appointment and they are always behind so I ask her today as this is my fourth time here at this location is there a delay today in appointments and she looks at me with attitude and says “maybe there’s some people on lunch but when you make an appointment we’re never on time you need to wait 20min then the appointment is late”…. I was very skeptical about Labcorp because if the many bad reviews, but I had a great experience. I made a same day appointment, checked in quickly, was called up fairly quickly too. The best part was that the tech was fast and amazing. I have had a lot of trouble with people finding my veins and he was such a professional. I was tin the lab for two minutes tops. He also apologized for every past phlebotomist who gave me a bad experience in the past. lol!
I do not typically write reviews but i have to for my experience today. The staff was apologetic, and sympathetic. I have gone to legacy for lab work for as long as i can remember, and today just really irked my nerves. I scheduled an appointment for lab work sometime around the beginning of February, i know this because i have a text with a confirmation link and a stupid QR code…. Rude woman; I didn’t know exactly what I was taking as far as my exam. Just sent here by my employer. She assumed it was a drug test for my UA exam, but only asked if it was for my employer. Yes, it is, but it’s NOT A drug test. I had a EREQ number. She refused to look it up and instead pushed us out the door. I work in the sailing industry and this was a test for Benzene most likely, not drugs. Next time take the time to look us up in the system instead of being rude.
