Buckle up. It was pure chaos in there. I would not recommend this location.
I have been to multiple different Labcorp’s. Unfortunately this is the worse experience and the first time I have been compelled to leave a review. Unorganized, extremely long wait, grumpy staff, unprofessional and arguing about who forgot to label something… do not recommend this location!
Absolutely Ridiculous. They're supposed to be open until 5:30pm. I got there at 5:05pm. They had covered all check-in devices. The imaging check-in said to knock. I did, the girl came out and said they had to close since they had 13 people waiting. So after parking forever away, and walking in, with limited mobility and in pain. I said I'd wait if needed to not have to repeat getting there. At the door I could see multiple techs not with patients. She says, after she went back to check, that I'd have to come back. Labcorp is located in the first floor ( door #150) of this building (the smaller of them all , 3 floors.) Next to the Radiology and oncology building.
I have an appointment at 1, they told me to be there at 1245 which I was It is 2:00 and I still am waiting The lady who checked me in was very nice but they are really slow!
