My mother went with my daughter who is 15 months old, to drop off a poop sample. They were extremely rude to not only my elderly mother but my daughter. My baby is a happy squealer. Robin, the woman who was "helping" my mother, kept telling my daughter to be quiet. LabCorp staff with whom I've interacted have been polite and professional. The front desk is a dice roll. This is a medical setting in a state which champions LGBTQIA+ rights. Your personal feelings about any person based on their sex, gender, pronouns, or appearance are not wanted or welcome.
The rudest staff I have ever dealt with. Literally every person I was in contact with was unbelievably rude. I unfortunately had to go back multiple times and the experience was the same every time. The staff must really hate their jobs to take it out on people just trying to get some blood drawn. I overheard the staff being rude to other customers as well. I will consider paying out of pocket to go to another lab the next time I need tests done.
I believe Catherine was her name. Terrible experience. Walked in at 10:00 a.m. was told they take walk-ins. Computer told me to reschedule for one cuz they were busy even though there was one person waiting. Found that odd. Nobody was around so I came back at 1:00. Had to check in again through a lengthy check in process at a kiosk. Then they couldn't find me they couldn't find my orders from the doctor and they couldn't find me in their system or something like that.
