This was my second time visiting this LabCorp location. My first experience was great—everyone was kind and professional, so I was expecting the same experience this time. Unfortunately, I left very upset because of the employee who drew my blood at around 10:40 am today. Quick, easy, professional. I was there for them to take quite a few tubes of blood and it went as well at it could. They can’t give you anything but water, so if you’re someone like me that benefits from some juice afterward, I would bring your own :)
Weird place. It's like they're super unhappy to be there helping patients. The lady who took my blood was rough and almost adversarial for no reason at all. She kept pushing my arm straight even though it hurt and only after a few pushes did she say "keep your arm straight". Then after all the blood was drawn and I was holding gauze on the needle site I shifted slightly in my chair (which still had me fully contained as the L-shaped arm rest was still in the closed position, trapping me in place) and she freaked out and look... read more
I was told to bring my child here to get his blood drawn, “they’re the best with pediatric patients!”… I have never been more disappointed in a medical office honestly. Made the first available appointment for the day, we weren’t seen until 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment. You check in with a kiosk… but then you have to wait to see a receptionist 20 mins later after you’ve checked in. They don’t check you in then try to blame you and say they called your name. But lie. Then make you wait to get your blood drawn.
