We bought a toy hauler from these guys in 2019. The salesman was great and they were awesome to work with. Fast forward a year later...we need warranty work completed. We’ve left countless messages for the service department, went into the office and was promised a call first thing the following business day (didn’t happen), emailed the owner with no response, service through Facebook and finally thought this could be it! We had a very bad experience with their service and sales department @2 years ago. The brand new trailer we bought from them fell apart in so many ways and it's still having issues that have not been rectified. We've purchased several trailers new and used from dealers and private parties. This trailer was supposed to be the last purchase to take us till the end of our camping days, but in reality it's killing us with stress and sorrow.

I purchased an RV in July. There have been a few issues but since Troy has gotten involved and given us over two hours of his personal time he has helped addresd every one of our concerns. While not finished yet, I do trust that my concerns will be taken care of.

I purchased an RV with the understanding that some minor things would be fixed prior to delivery. I also paid for alterations to be done prior to delivery. I was also promised a thorough walkthrough at delivery. July 8th the RV was delivered things were not fixed even the stuff I paid for and there was no walkthrough. I found other issues and RV Legacy has been unresponsive to my phone calls. I finally had to go into the dealership to get someone to take me and my issues seriously.
