They had my truck camper for five months to repair delamination on the front. Charged twice the original quoted price. Repair lasted 60 days. They wanted to try again but I had already made a fix, not as pretty as new but works. I wanted money back as they had since fired all the crew that worked on my camper. They wouldn't budge. Beware doing business with Optimum RV.
We purchased our first 5th wheel from this dealership from Dalton. Dalton was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find a certain model we wanted. We ended up spending more then we wanted on the RV but we were good with that because it's a nice model. So here's are problems with this dealership, none of this is on Dalton although he could have been more involved with our issues after the sale.
