MIKE DEMONSTRATED CONSIDERABLE KNOWLEDGE AS TO THE CONDITION OF MY ROOF AND THE REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT THAT IS NEEDED. HE AND AN ASSOCIATE CONTACTED MY HOME OWNERS INSURANCE AFTER I FILED A CLAIM. HE PROVIDED MUCH NEEDED HELP IN THIS PROCESS. HE IS A QUALITY EMPLOYEE AND WORKING WITH HIM HAS BEEN A PLEASURE.
