INITIALLY CONTACTED BY YOUR REP----MICHAEL EVERETT--- ABOUT POTENTIAL HAIL DAMAGE TO ROOF FOLLOWING A RECENT STORM. MIKE DEMONSTRATED CONSIDERABLE KNOWLEDGE AS TO THE CONDITION OF MY ROOF AND THE REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT THAT IS NEEDED. HE AND AN ASSOCIATE CONTACTED MY HOME OWNERS INSURANCE AFTER I FILED A CLAIM. HE PROVIDED MUCH NEEDED HELP IN THIS PROCESS. HE IS A QUALITY EMPLOYEE AND WORKING WITH HIM HAS BEEN A PLEASURE.
