A little background-I am a resident of the Shore Acres neighborhood in St Pete. For those of you who don't know, Shore Acres is flood prone. Last year during Idalia, my home took on 18 inches of water. My husband and I (pregnant at the time) were displaced for 6 months while our house was being restored. Shecome did the cleanup of mold at our house. He is very polite and personable.He is very knowledgeable and informed me of everything he had to do.He was very professional. I hope this never happens again, but if it does, I want him to be the one that takes care of it.

I have used legacy on 3 occasions when we had pipes burst at corporate buildings. The response time was absolutely amazing and the professionalism of the legacy team was unmatched. From the initial calls to the response teams to the follow up from the management team has been fantastic. I hope you never need them but if you do you will not be sorry. Call the legacy team when in need.
