Chris has been the best! He has helped us even when he didn't have to. He was personal and his kindness was incredible! He provided the right people to take down our burnt down house. He was understanding in the hardships we have been going through! We could NEVER thank him enough!

About as easy of an experience as you would want. From start to finish, dealing with Legacy was a breeze. Oscar was our service rep, he was professional, respectful and best of all, not pushy. With in minutes he laid out the plan and we had the insurance company on the phone, once I validated I was the homeowner, he took over from there, filing the claim and lining up the adjuster.
