These guys position themselves as premium but that is debatable. They did an expensive remodel of our master bath/bedroom. Mostly, the work was solid though it took a long time. We are pleased overall with the results. Here are my problems with them: 1) There are things missed that a premium company should not miss. For example, they failed to correctly get the stain color right on a hardwood floor they put down and it does not match the rest of the house correctly (including an adjacent floor). 2) There was a clear issue wi... read more
I hired a general contractor, Legacy Renovations, to replace a garage ceiling. When the ceiling was almost done, my garage door would no longer go up or down manually or otherwise. One of the side cables was off track and a piece of the metal framing was bent; preventing the door to move— it was permanently stuck!
