Dangerous and Illegal Contractors! They do not do their work to code! I discovered 16 feet of flexible aluminium foil dryer ducts (multiple bags full!) inside the walls and ceiling of a laundry room they built in the basement. Not only that, it was crimped down an inch or 2 in multiple locations. The ducts were clogged and smelled like burnt lint. This could have easily started a fire and burned my home down! Legacy Remodeling Team redid my kitchen and half bath. I wanted my kitchen to be beautiful as well as functional. Marla and her expertise were pivotal to the design process. Then Zak and his team made my vision come to life. They are such craftsmen. The finished kitchen and half bath are stunning - the microwave cabinet Rodney built is top notch and the wainscoting Chris designed in the half bath is just lovely. We used Legacy Remodeling to gut and reconfigure our kitchen to the studs, relocate a half-bath to create a formal walk-in pantry, replace carpet with hardwood in our dining room, refinish our entire hardwood floors in the space to a darker color, and finally, replace our stair spindles and restain the railings to complete the look. We had an opening put in home with a barn style door installed. The guys always arrived on time, they took extra care in preparing the space to prevent dust in our house and completed the job in a short time span. I would definitely have them back to do future work in our home.
