This company manages their property like slum lords. There's no way any one person in their office would live in the condition that they have their tenants living in. The house is literally falling apart on the outside and has been for quite some time and th The office is 0 help and the person answering the phones does 0 listening and lied to me on our call. RUN!
They waste people time and take people money from the application meaning each person in the house over 18 years have to pay 55$ for application and also this people are not helpful
Myself and my special needs daughter moved to our townhouse about 18 months ago from East Nashville,thanks to our realtor finding it for rent. Horrible company. Before we moved from Another state. We had a townhouse supposed picked and deposit, address, contract. Halfway across the country with a new born the agent we used was leaving it getting fired. They said they no longer had a place for us. After days of back and forth between us, our agent and one of theirs. They said how about you stay in one of our air bnbs. I was livid.
