I would not recommend renting here. Our HVAC system has been out for 9 days, and despite repeated requests, management has not resolved the issue. This has made the home very uncomfortable and unlivable, especially given Tennessee’s weather. As a tenant, I expect at least the basic maintenance and habitability standards required by law, and that has not been met. This company manages their property like slum lords. There's no way any one person in their office would live in the condition that they have their tenants living in. The house is literally falling apart on the outside and has been for quite some time and th The office is 0 help and the person answering the phones does 0 listening and lied to me on our call. RUN!

They waste people time and take people money from the application meaning each person in the house over 18 years have to pay 55$ for application and also this people are not helpful
