Horrible company to work with. We asked repeatedly 24hr notice only to get a text 20min before a refill. Marc the tech will not obey No Trespassing Signs and caught him on the inside of your fenced property because my dog was going crazy. They will not listen or respect our agreed upon directions. Worst customer service no accountability just a real headache to deal with . Customer is always wrong too!
Had legacy originally and stuck with them through the hunt changeover. All was good until I took some tanks in to have filled. Cost me $48 for 3 tanks a couple which were part way full already. When I picked them up as I was called and told they were done, I had my young sons help me load and unload them. Took them home, and a couple weeks I went to use them and they felt empty. We have been with hunt since it was Ace propane. They are the best. Great local people. You can walk in at talk to a real person in grass valley. No some AI or out of state person. Highly recommend. Service guys are super friendly and knowledgeable as well.
Changed their billing address and did not make it known, had been sending bill pays for over a year apparently to the old address and was never told until they didn't receive a payment!! Charged late fees when the office said it's ok the mail always forwards the payments so I didn't rush to send another check. If I would have known they were charging me late fees I would have stopped payment and sent another check! So ridiculous, we will be switching propane companies.
