Outstanding customer service. Above ground pool developed leak and drained completely after pool was closed/covered. I called and explained my situation and need for new liner installation ASAP to survive winter. Aaron and the crew got everything taken care of quickly and completely. They also took time to answer questions about structural integrity. Legacy will be getting all of our business from now on. 👍
I inherited a pool that looked more like a swamp after 2 years of neglect. (See my first photo). I called Legacy to see if they could get it from green to clean and they assured me they had seen worse and would have no problem. I spoke with the owner Aaron who advised he would have it in swimming condition. The first week someone came out 3 times and they even helped fix one of the hoses that had a leak and a spout that was missing a part. We will never use them again and hope for your sake you don't either. Short version: They will miss appointments, they won't communicate, they won't follow up, they will lie to you about services performed, and there is no communication within the company or to its customers. Questionable ability by the owner to put it politely.
