Bob knows his stuff and he took the time to explain what was causing my equipment issues. He also gave me several options of how to get my repairs done at the most efficient and economical way....including asking if I had a home warranty on the pool equipment. Bob explained many of the do's and don'ts that I should look for with my pool equipment and chemistry. Bob displayed to me that his integrity, character, and reputation is important to him. Crook. He came to evaluate pool filter and pump which is broken but couldn't diagnose it. He took apart our vacuum and never put it together. Charged us $150 in chemicals but the pool is still very dirty. When we asked him to come back and put back together the pool vacuum that he took apart, he refused. This guy has no idea what he's doing and just out to scam us.
