Was without hot water for over a month. Legacy plumbing did little or nothing to resolve problem. Extremely poor customer service. Finally had to resolve the problem myself. They failed to return calls repeatedly. Will not use their services in the future!
My contractor was having a difficult time getting a response from several plumbing companies with whom he usually works. Erik was able to squeeze in time to look at the project, a bathroom remodel, and provide an estimate and official quote quickly. We had Legacy plumbing out to deal with a leaky faucet. Eric was amazing! Punctual, professional, courteous and overall wonderful! We have a dog in residence and he was concerned that he’d let her out (he hadn’t). But the level of concern and care was duly noted! We had a leaky outdoor faucet that was leaking inside in the kitchen. Eric figured out where it was coming from very quickly. He problem solved, gave options and helped get our leak fixed! Legacy Plumbing LLC did an incredible job replacing all the water lines in my home, as well as the main water line coming into the house. Their communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. They showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and left everything cleaner and better than it was when they arrived. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Dallas area needing plumbing services.
We needed hot water heater replaced. We had issues with our old one not heating to correct temperature, or keep water hot to properly clean dishes, laundry, and would run out of hot water quickly while showering. Legacy Plumbing listened and shared which heater would work best for our needs. Their pricing is reasonable. They communicate well and have quick responses.
