Waited a week for someone to show up. When he finally did he walked around for a few minutes. I told him the problem and he said he didn’t have the tools he needed so he’d have to come back the following day. He did come back. Did absolutely nothing saying he would have to come back another time because again he didn’t have the tools he needed he then left my elderly parents a $300 bill. For doing nothing. The sorriest bunch of cons. I will never use this business again.

Legacy just came out. The crew was professional, courteous and quick. They removed the old equipment and cleaned up after themselves. It was a great job by an outstanding crew. Definitely a company I will do repeat business with.

Shane and his crew responded to relocate a water heater. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Ran all new copper lines from main line. These guys work hard to ensure total customer satisfaction. Prices are very fair and costs were thoroughly explained. Shane identified some areas of concern with existing plumbing and I will definitely hire him to correct those issues.
