Our heat pumps/mini splits were installed fall of 2024 and they have changed our heating and cooling significantly. Travis and Josh are responsive to any questions and concerns. Installation was 1/2 day for our whole house. Love to support local. We look forward to utilizing their services as we look to replace our outdoor wood boiler.

We received a call back almost immediately, sent a photo of the pin hole leak that was spraying water, and Travis was in the area and here within 1/2 hour. , Another half hour and the problem was fixed. Great job. Great service. Nice guy.

I just found out today that the plastic pipes Josh used on my hot water tank are not up to code. Imagine the disappointment. I wouldn't ordinarily write a review but, I've had to call twice for problems and lets just say that Josh should not be in the service business. After finally asking Travis to come himself the issues were addressed. 3000 cash to have pipes replaced. I sure hope they are all done properly.
