Kevin and Dmitry came out within after I called the main office. They were on time for the first appointment and then an hour early for the second which I can’t complain about. They gave an honest assessment and estimate the first time, we shopped around and realized this was the best price for us at the time. The installation of the water heater was quick and they were sure to ask questions before doing anything out of the ordinary. Overall the service was a great experience. Good morning....I was very satisfied of the service rendered....the reason I say this is because Kevin was very sufficient in his work not only will I use him if I need him again but I will also recommend him to others.....

We received excellent service from Kevin. We had a drainage problem that involved our kitchen sink, our washing machine and the sink in the garage. It was quite complicated and took several hours but Kevin persevered and solved the problem totally. He even had to leave to get some more equipment and returned in about an hour. Long day but well worth it.
