My doctor sent 2 referrals in the past 3 months and never receive a call. I finally called today and they gave me the eval appointment in 3 months…
AVOID THIS CLINIC: I received routine outpatient physical therapy at Legacy, but was shocked to be billed as if I had received hospital-level care. Despite a year of appeals, calls, and support from my insurance and employer, the billing was never corrected. The clinic refused to resubmit claims. They bill as if they are the hospital, even if you go to the physical therapy office. It will cost you hundreds of dollars and months of stress. DO NOT GO!!
Very worth the time and effort.
I have had excellent experience with multiple therapists at this practice. Specialties include lymphatic therapy (e.g., lymphedema from breast surgery), foot, pelvic floor, as well as general orthopedic therapy. Highly recommend.
