I been with legacy for 2 years and the care has gone down and it sad when some many queer folks use there services. From my doctor telling me to watch my language when my language isn't directed towards nor about them . For them to further go along and say if I continued cussing they will make me leave . To today all I did was ask my medicine got denied for a refill for the doc to tell me well idk, they called me back in and felt they was forced to obliged to come back . I've always loved working the doctors at Legacy Community Health, but the pharmacy has to have the most unprofessional staff I've dealt with in Texas. Every time I call them they can't answer my questions and they don't care to find out more information. I leave every phone call feeling terrible and it makes me want to find another provider for my Healthcare.
