I’ve used the pharmacy for a few prescriptions. Yesterday I logged into my health insurance app and saw Legacy submitted a $719 claim for a refill I did not ask for, nor receive, and my insurance processed it. It’s for a med I don’t refill often and do not have on auto-refill. When I spoke to Legacy they said it was a “curtesy refill.” Seemed sketchy and I’ll be transferring my meds out. Very easy ordering and quick delivery.
Working with the pharmacy was quick and easy. I just had to click on a link for a refill of my medication and I appreciate the ease.
