I don’t even have anything nice to say about this place I was there for 9 months and was discharged from here and now I’m in a constant battle to have my medication called in they knew that I was leaving for a week and they sent me a 3400 bill note wait in line and bring some snacks because a life flight bill after insurance covers 96% is still 36k should I give you guys a bill for the food I had to buy instead of eating your no nurturing meals or all the food that was labelled with multiple labels that was thrown out you ha... read more
Management does an amazing job at running the building! All of managment and employees are amazing to work with, I’ve never been so eager to pick up shifts at a job before but all of the employees make work enjoyable, they made it possible to love a job 💕
Staff is very caring and knowledgeable.
The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Love their memory care unit. I would absolutely let them take care of my family member.
They neglect patient care if relatives are not involved Don't recommend this awful place at all they went downhill since promedica left. The main focus of this place isn't patient care. They don't follow up on schedule for meds for patients. My wife has been here and 4 days with no rehabilitation whatsoever. When I arrived to see my wife was taken care she wasn't.
