We go to the spring lake location and the lady working up front that does scheduling when you check out (hate I can’t remember her name, but if you go there, you know who she is because of how nice she is) is amazing. She is always so nice when I call and goes above and beyond to make sure I can get an appointment or point me in the right direction. The other staff staff has always been great with my kids as well
Legacy Pediatrics has really declined. I have three kids and they no longer allow back-to-back well visits, blaming no-shows. They keep calling to schedule, but won’t accommodate working parents’ schedules. It’s frustrating and hard to take multiple days off. The front desk staff are often rude and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My child has been coming to this office for many years and over the last year this practice has literally fell apart. I used to recommend this location because the staff was great and I felt like they cared about my baby. Now I feel like they don’t care at all. It literally took a month of me calling as well as the pharmacy to get a refill on allergy meds and once they called it in they gave the bare minimum prescription, so we’re back to calling until they DECIDE to send over the prescription.
