My child has been coming to this office for many years and over the last year this practice has literally fell apart. I used to recommend this location because the staff was great and I felt like they cared about my baby. Now I feel like they don’t care at all. It literally took a month of me calling as well as the pharmacy to get a refill on allergy meds and once they called it in they gave the bare minimum prescription, so we’re back to calling until they DECIDE to send over the prescription. I hate to leave a bad review but I got an email asking me to rate my experience so that is what I’m doing. If we weren’t moving soon, I’d be looking for a new Pediatrician’s office. We’ve been with this office for over 2 years but the past few months have not been good. This week, My child was extremely sick with a 105 fever. I set an appt to come in.
