The entire staff is so kid focused, my daughter had an amazing experience in the office and in the chair. My husband and I are throughly satisfied with the customer service and well as with the treatment provided.
My wife took our son here and explained upfront we only wanted the services 100% covered by our dental insurance. The staff agreed. When my wife checked out she was told that the bill was $0. We received a bill for $161 with no explanation of the charges or itemized list. Hopefully we'll be able to resolve this, but as of right now, 1 star. Update: The lady in the billing department gave a detailed explanation of the charges. Some of which were from previous visits. She was very good. What a wonderful staff of ladies❤️. They are all so sweet and caring. When my toddler was crying because he didn’t want to get his teeth cleaned, they treated him with so much care. I feel 100% comfortable with the staff here caring for my children’s teeth. They are just so nurturing and I love it! Also, Dr. Finkelman Is amazing. She gave me a hug and told me how good I’m doing as a mom and she will never understand how that really touched my heart!
