Great pediatrics dentistry. Check in is quick and they don't make you wait long before your child's name is called. They are good with my kids. They have tvs with the cartoons to try and make your kids feel more comfortable. They explain what they are going to do. I havent had any issues so far and I've been bringing my kids here for 4 years now. Conveniently located for me. I do recommend this place for anyone looking for a dentist for your kids.
Really really lovely staff. SO kid friendly and conversational with my 4 year old. She had a blast and has been talking about becoming a dentist one day after just one visit.
HORRIBLE I CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE
The entire staff is so kid focused, my daughter had an amazing experience in the office and in the chair. My husband and I are throughly satisfied with the customer service and well as with the treatment provided.
My wife took our son here and explained upfront we only wanted the services 100% covered by our dental insurance. The staff agreed. When my wife checked out she was told that the bill was $0. We received a bill for $161 with no explanation of the charges or itemized list. Hopefully we'll be able to resolve this, but as of right now, 1 star. Update: The lady in the billing department gave a detailed explanation of the charges. Some of which were from previous visits. She was very good.
