On the initial call I was told someone would be by sometime in a 8-hour window on Monday. Then close to the end of that timeframe someone called to tell me they can’t make it. So we rebooked for Wednesday morning and told them I’m free until 3PM. On Wednesday around noon I get a call apologizing for being late and someone will be out before 3.
