Poor Sr. Management. I thought the first BM and RM were just ok, but now that two different people are in the position, I would take the old ones back in a heartbeat. The RM doesn't speak, complains a lot in the presence of residents, and is all-around pretty narcissistic. I wouldn't put it past her being racist the way I heard her speak to the maintenance manager. Most Maintenance managers are crass and hard to deal with.
