Apartments are not a nice as you may think. They are OLD and they FEEL old. Floors creak constantly. Living space feels much smaller than the stated square footage. Extremely strict on pet limits regardless of the size of your pets. Most apartments are at least willing to negotiate that matter or lean towards weight limits. The apartments were supposed redone since their old colonnades days. This is all superficial and nothing is really all that much better.
For the well to do in society who want to look like they got something they don't. To expensive for what you get. They go up every year to.
Poor customer service and Poor concern for customer satisfaction .I'm currently living here but dissatisfied with the customer service. Your money is all they want.
