In 2020, I went in for a consultation for braces. Everything went well, the staff were great, and the process was simple. I was very pleased for the first little bit that I had the braces on. Fast forward to a wire tightening appointment, and I was told I would need a spring in on both sides due to my overbite and the elastics weren't working. I knew that wouldn't work as my mouth is very small and it would rub and pinch my cheeks, causing very bad pain. I had springs before when I was younger, and I lost way too much weight... read more
