I had surgery here this morning and won’t be returning. I’ll find a new doctor to schedule a follow up with. I literally feel traumatized from my experience here today. I do believe the surgery was done well, and while that is important, I have NEVER in my life been treated this way by a medical professional. All the women at the front desk were wonderful and kind. I had several extractions today and was pleased by my experience. This makes my 3rd time over the years having this done at Brown and Neuwirth and both of my children have each been once before in the past for extractions also.
Doctor Brown was very nice and respectful and explained everything to where I could understand
