Great family business.
I had an issue with my prescription and I called trying to sort it out. I asked for the doctor to give me a call to help me better understand why I wasn’t given a choice on my contact brand per my prescription, but instead I got a call from a woman (maybe the manager) who blatantly said “oh you’re calling because of this issue, well yeah we can’t help you”. Very nasty person answering the phone. Wrong and strong. I attempted to book a basic eye exam with ALL of my insurance information. The person who answered misspelled my name and then I advised her how to find me; she again said she couldn't find me (with an attitude) and then all of a sudden COULD after repeating all of my info 3-4 times to her.
