We moved to Legacy of Leesburg in December 2013 and absolutely love it! I am one of the under 55+ persons, but don't feel out of place because most everyone is so active. The clubs and activities, that are so diverse, are numerous so you can always find something to join in on and have fun with.
I moved to Legacy a month ago and am happy with my choice. It's convenient to shopping, attractions and has a very laid back atmosphere...people riding bikes and walking all the time taking advantage of the nature trails and winding roads throughout the development. There are plenty of activities and a great clubhouse with pool, tennis, bocce, pickleball, a small gym, library, game room and activity rooms...always something going on. Looking at the current weather in NJ...glad I'm here!
I moved to Legacy about 8 months ago as my retirement new home. It is a very vibrant and busy community involved in more than 100 clubs and activities. The residents are friendly and inclusive.
The name is a misnomer. We are an active adult community. We do not have an assisted living facility. We are great neighbors...come on down
Really love it here.
