Quiero compartir mi experiencia con estos apartamentos. Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas y se nota que los edificios son muy viejos. Además, el personal que trabaja aquí no trata a los residentes con respeto; mi experiencia con ellos ha sido desagradable y poco profesional. Ojalá mejoren el mantenimiento y la atención al cliente, porque así como están ahora, no los recomiendo.”
My experience with these apartments has been extremely disappointing. The office staff is rude, unprofessional, and they make you feel unwelcome from the moment you walk in. They tell you to call or come in at certain hours, but when you show up, no one is there. They don’t respect their own schedule, and they never give any explanation.
