I have been a member of Legacy since 2023- this place has always felt like a second home to me. The coaches and the team made this place feel like family. The bonds were always close and we always supported each other and showed up! Great gym, great coaches, and you can feel the energy of the revamp to this gym. Patrick is welcoming and the gym is very beginner friendly. The community has been nothing but welcoming and the coaches are flexible to your knowledge! Would highly recommend this gym as they are equipped to grow your knowledge in both Muay Thai and your fitness journey with their strength and conditioning classes! ⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend Legacy Muay Thai & Fitness based on my personal experience. From the beginning, Patrick made what I felt were inappropriate comments and flirtatious remarks toward me while I was there with a friend. He also commented on my body, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I came to work out—not to be objectified or made to feel uneasy.
