The staff here are really rude. I had to just get up and leave cause they don't feed their patients and make sure they're hydrated. You're better off going to Providence where they actually care about their patients.
Experienced the worst back pain of my life while out of town, can barely walk and had to get an ambulance ride fom Milwaukee. Arrived here at 1200 pm and have been sitting in these terrible chairs while they call people that have been seen 4 or 5 times already. I'd give zero stars if I could, you are literally better off going to a Witch Doctor. Currently still sitting in the waiting room attempting to get transportation to literally anywhere else. Do not come here, they don't care. Ambulance drivers were cool though.
My wife was sick so she went to the ER. She was stuck in the ER for 8 hours without getting any real help or answers. But don’t worry they will send an invoice for thousands of dollars.
We went to Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center Er because my sister was experiencing severe abdominal pain and heavy bleeding due to ectopic pregnancy.Because it was close to our home we thought it would be the safest and fastest option instead we made to wait in the lobby for over 3 hours despite repeatedly explaining the seriousness of her condition.Each time we asked for help we were simply told to wait until your name is called.There was no sense of urgency or proper triage for a life threatening emergency. On January 7th 2025 my boyfriend went to Mt. Hood ER with severe chest pain. He never made it past triage. I was visibly upset as staff did nothing to help him. One nurse told me his blood pressure wasn’t high enough for a heart attack, and another said they were short staffed with only one doctor on shift. No testing was done. He was sent home with an “unknown” diagnosis and told to take ibuprofen. He remained in pain all week and died exactly one week later on January 14th from a torn aorta.
