I understand that surgeons get called a way for other emergencies. But what I don't understand is when you don't get a phone call and you get there, they check you in. Wait for 2 hours in the waiting room. And no one ever came out to see why we were still waiting. And finally, I have to go up and ask them How long is going to be until my appointment? Then they tell me that the surgeon was never there. They forgot to call. Don't understand why someone did not come out to see why we were still there waiting. So not very happy ... read more

Be careful rescheduling appointments, they'll carry notes over from your cancellation and add it to your rescheduled appointment... We came all the way from Milwaukie, and paid to get here because we don't drive, just to find out that they've cancelled our appointment today for our 9.30a appointment.

I was seen in the ER by Dr. Diane Rosonke and she was absolutely the rudest doctor I’ve encountered in years. I went in for what could’ve been aneurysm symptoms and she treated me like I was wasting her time. She also hyper fixated on a medication I take maybe 5 times a month and seemed to judge me very harshly for even having it in my med list.
