Went to the ER after being hit by a car and they refused to do the proper x-rays. Accident was not my fault I was a pedistrian and they treated me like I was an inconvenience. I told them impact was on my knee and they never x-rayed and said everything was fine when in fact it wasn't. If they would have done their jobs correctly they would have discovered I had damage done to my meniscus area. Instead the two girl were laughing and making jokes at my expense as I was asking them to do their job. This hospital is a joke
To all at the Cath Lab at Legacy Mount Hood, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!(no, well yes pun intended.) you made what was for me a daunting and scary experience extremely less so. To my nurse Rachel, Mikaela, Amy, the other fabulous lady’s who’s names I’m sorry I don’t remember, to Doctors Nigro and Schaefer thank you for your care, professionalism and empathy,from my wife and I for giving me another crack at health. The staff here are really rude. I had to just get up and leave cause they don't feed their patients and make sure they're hydrated. You're better off going to Providence where they actually care about their patients.
Experienced the worst back pain of my life while out of town, can barely walk and had to get an ambulance ride fom Milwaukee. Arrived here at 1200 pm and have been sitting in these terrible chairs while they call people that have been seen 4 or 5 times already. I'd give zero stars if I could, you are literally better off going to a Witch Doctor. Currently still sitting in the waiting room attempting to get transportation to literally anywhere else. Do not come here, they don't care. Ambulance drivers were cool though.
