I had a successful, uncomplicated surgery; however, my check in required a pee pregnancy test-- and the bathroom was unacceptable: There was no place to set my pee sample; the sink was edged in green muck (someone has never heard of bleach or cleaning products [ie the Pink Stuff] I guess); the tp roll dispenser was RIGHT UPON the scratched up icky toilet seat, making it impossible for an XXXL patient; I pissed on my hands, myself, & my clothes (I had to give myself a toilet paper bath); the paper towel dispenser was not on/b... read more

I brought my burned daughter here. They had absolutely no idea what to do. They issued us cream and the nurse put on these horrible sticky bandages. As I went to clean the wombs a day later, the bandages ripped her skin off , she screamed from pain and passed out... do not take anyone that you love to this facility. They do not have the education or facility management for burn victims.
My step father went to this hospital and less 24 hours from a rude discharge he had a stroke. He passed away.
In the 5 years I have been taking my parents here we have been very happy with their services. They are cheerful and detail oriented. Thank you!
