My wife is a now ex-patient of Dr McKay. While she liked doctor McKay's personality, I always found the doctor's skills as a practitioner highly questionable. Every complaint my wife had was brushed off as something benign. For years I asked my wife to get a ANA and other autoimmune panel to determine if she had lupus or something else to explain the variety of symptoms. Dr. McKay is wonderful. She takes time to listen and provides feedback and recommendations in a way that is very kind and relatable. Her demeanor is so friendly, that I find myself wanting to call her Sam vs. Dr. McKay :-) As a busy working mom of three, I highly recommend Dr. McKay for her direct and friendly style. She doesn't waste time, yet I never feel rushed.
What an amazing office and Dr! She spends our appointment time really listening to my cares and concerns and I never feel rushed. Everyone from the front office staff to Dr. Mckay are amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Very rude office staff and refused to honor an appointment when patient was 7 minutes late due to traffic issues.
