Actually, I am thankful that we have this St. Helens medical center and Urgent Care. For years I have had a great and caring doctor, Dr. Vedere. With her departure, I have Melissa Quill. She has seen me in the past when Dr. Vedere was on vacation and I needed a PCP after leaving the hospital. She was also great. She is now my PCP. All the nurses and lab people that I have dealt with have been friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and caring. My sincere thanks to all of them, especially to Dr. Vedere.
I never have a problem there....I make apt's and get my blood drawn here....
Don't listen to the AI calls. They are very misleading and will tell you the wrong dates. This is the 2nd time I've missed a very needed appointment because I was told the wrong date, it already takes a month to just see someone and the front desk don't really seem to care much that their call systems are flawed
I have visited Urgent Care twice and the Lab once. I have had nothing but friendly, professional and appropriate care each time.
The nicest people work here n when u call in they are very helpful doctors n nurses n all
