Nurse Practitioner Ross Putterbaugh excels at listening to the patient. Calm and thoughtful in his responses. Refers out to specialists when needed. Counselor Michael Brook in this office. Excellent! He is very knowledgeable, patient, and brings practical skills to his patients! He worked so well with my mom helping her deal with anxiety related to her health issues.

The quality of care is not good. The two doctors at that clinic are either not taking any new patients or the doctor has retired. The only medical staff a patient can get in to see is a Nurse Practitioner or a Physican's Assistant. The choices are bad.
I called to establish care with a doctor. They told me I needed to have an appointment to do that and it would only be a 60 dollar co pay and a regular appointment. They didn’t give me a doctor, they gave me a nurse practitioner who grilled me for an hour about literally every health aspect of my life and then sent me a 500 dollar bill which my insurance did not cover.
