I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but I feel obligated to share my experience. I’m recovering from brain surgery and was referred back to this office for post-op medication management. What followed has been one of the most frustrating and exhausting experiences I’ve had as a patient. I spent over an hour on hold without ever speaking to a person. My experience with Legacy Salmon Creek Neurology has been terrible. My GP put in a referral for me after I began having problems with my Optic Nerve and it was not resolving while I waited for a follow up with the Optometrist after seeing him. I was able to get an appointment with neurology and went in to be seen by a neurologist who told me he wished I would have waited until my MRI but he did not do anything to make may MRI more urgent to get me in sooner.
